Middle School students used Double Stuff Oreo Cookies to simulate movement and interactions of Earth’s plate tectonics. The upper cookie represents the lithosphere, the creamy filling the asthenosphere, and the lower cookie the lower mantle.Everyone agreed the Double Stuff version of the Oreo Cookie works best in this experiment!
