Primary students have been learning about the human body. First they learned the difference between living and non-living things. Using the melody of “Frere Jacques,” they sang:
Are You Living? Are you living? Do you eat? Do you sleep? If you need to breathe air, move from here to there, then you’re alive. You’re alive.
Most recently, they studied digestion by using a maze to walk through the organs that help our body use and eliminate food waste. An apron was also available to match organs of the body and then wear to show where those organs are located.
